Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Technical Manager ($1200, ID16909):
- Manage personnel in the technical department.
- Direct and implement preventive measures for machine breakdowns and repairs for the entire factory.
- Assign tasks for designing and installing assembly lines.
- Organize and coordinate personnel to handle issues with machinery and equipment.
- Control and manage machinery through the SAP system and manage the spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with Chinese managers from other departments to ensure stable production.
- Train and provide technical guidance to employees
Requirement
- Gender: Male, Age: 25 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Have 05 years of working experience in a similar position at a manufacturing company
- In-depth experience and knowledge in the production technology of equipment
- Experience in troubleshooting and providing solutions for production line, electrical, or mechanical issues
- Good at English and Chinese
