Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Technical Garment (Manufacturing, ID19859, 1600 USD):
- Analyze customer sketches, samples, and technical requirements to guide sample development.
- Verify pattern construction, sewing methods, and feasibility during pilot production stages.
- Define technical specifications including operation sequence, machine requirements, and attachments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure new styles are technically ready
- Identify potential technical challenges and implement solutions before bulk production.
- Work closely with Production, Merchandising, Planning, Procurement, and Sample teams to ensure technical readiness.
- Provide feasibility assessment and technical feedback during order evaluation.
- Communicate directly with international customers regarding: Garment construction, Technical specifications, Fit and raw material requirements
- Continuously review manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Monitor industry trends and innovations in garment manufacturing technology.
Requirement
- Male, Under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar Technical Manager / Technical Leader role within garment manufacturing.
- Good English communication skills
