- Oversee sample room operations, set goals, and follow customer standards.监督样品室的整体运营，设定目标，并遵循客户标准。
- Coordinate daily sample making based on sales team needs.根据销售团队的需求协调日常样品制作。
- Ensure pattern, grading, and sewing accuracy; improve first pass rate.确保制版、分级和缝制的准确性；提高一次通过率。
- Guide bulk production and solve technical issues.指导大规模生产并解决技术问题。
- Control costs by reducing fabric use and sewing time.通过减少面料使用和缝纫时间来控制成本。
- Manage technical documents, production data, and R&D accuracy.管理技术文件、生产数据和研发准确性。
Requirement
- Chinese nationality, under 50 years old. 中国，年龄50岁以下。
- Over 5 years of experience managing sample rooms and outdoor production, with a focus on quality assurance, fabric performance, and cost efficiency.拥有5年以上的样品室和户外生产管理经验，专注于质量保证、面料性能和成本效率。
- Skilled in using office and pattern-making software, and excels in communication, planning, and team leadership.熟练使用办公和制版软件，擅长沟通、计划和团队领导。
- Proficiency in English is essential, with Vietnamese language skills being a plus.英语熟练，懂越南语者优先。
