Job Description
-
New Product Development: Lead concept-to-sample development, advise on construction, fit, and fabric behavior.

Sample Development: Own the sample calendar, manage prototype to pre-production stages, lead fit reviews.
-
Pattern & CAD Governance: Create/revise patterns, maintain block library, enforce grading and CAD discipline.
-
Team Leadership: Manage and coach a 5-person technical team, build a culture of precision and accountability.

Marker Making: Oversee fabric utilization and efficiency, support smooth transition to bulk production.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with QA, Factory, and Office Managers to ensure quality and scalability.
Requirement
-
Experience: 7–12+ years in garment technical development, 3+ years in team management.

Expertise: Strong in patternmaking, grading, fit, garment construction, and sampling.

CAD Skills: Proficiency in PAD and Gerber (both required).
-
English: Fluent in written and spoken English for international communication.

Traits: Detail-oriented, accountable, calm under pressure, collaborative leader.
