Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Tax Compliance Leader (Manufacturing, $1600, ID-17049):
- Monitor and guarantee tax compliance
- Stay up to date on legislative and regulatory developments that could affect the business's operations.
- Create and execute rules and processes to guarantee adherence to regional and federal laws.
- Oversee the acquisition and renewal of licenses, permits, and registrations necessary for the functioning of the business.
- Ensure that all licenses and permits are current by keeping an extensive record of them.
- Deal with concerns pertaining to property use rights, such as leases and land titles.
- Collaborate with relevant authorities and landowners to resolve any land-related disputes or issues.
- Examine, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements, such as partnerships, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Verify that contracts minimize any hazards to the business and comply with legal requirements.
- Create and preserve a good rapport with regulatory agencies and government officials.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders about legal and compliance issues.
- Keep thorough and well-organized records of all correspondence and documents pertaining to compliance and the law.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 40 years old
- Bachelor of degree in Finance or a related field.
- Have 05 years of experience working as a Tax Compliance Executive at manufacturing companies
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
