Tan Khoa opened for business in 1996 under the name Tan Khoa Trading Company Limited. With a tradition of service of excellence for over 17 years, we have been Vietnam's leading Wines & Spirits Distributor covering 100% nationwide.
In April 2008, Tan Khoa was transformed into a joint stock company: Tan Khoa Distribution Corporation with a system of 8 branches & warehouses, over 20 agents/ sub-distributors throughout Vietnam.
Since 1996, Tan Khoa has been the Exclusive Distributors of around 500 varieties of wines and spirits such as: Wines & Sparkling wine, Champagne, Vodka, Rhum, Tequilla, Gin, Cognac, Whisky, Liquor, Syrup,…
Based upon our current clear, strong portfolio and price segment of wine, spirits and cocktail, we have day-to-day Sales, Marketing and Management responsibilities of all alcoholic beverages.

Vào tháng 04/2008, Tấn Khoa đã trở thành công ty cổ phần với tên gọi: Công ty Cổ Phần Phân Phối Tấn Khoa, với 8 chi nhánh và kho hàng, hơn 29 đại lý phủ khắp toàn quốc.
Từ năm 1996, Tấn Khoa đã là nhà phân phối độc quyền cho khoảng 500 loại rượu như: rượu Vang, Champagne, Vodka, Rhum, Tequilla, Gin, Cognac, Whisky, Liquor, Syrup,…
