Job Description
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve an effective recruitment and selection strategy and policy.
- Manage and promote the company’s brand on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to attract talent.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for training and development across all roles and departments.
- Monitor, measure, and report on training outcomes to ensure alignment with business transformation goals.
- Lead initiatives that embed the values of creativity, quality, and efficiency into daily operations, including cost-saving programs and KPI development.
- Organize workshops, team-building activities, and communication campaigns to foster employee engagement and alignment with organizational values.
- Take a leading role in driving transformation projects mandated by BOD, such as ERP implementation, HR information system upgrades, and AI adoption.
Requirement
- Female, 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Having at least 5-7 years experience in manufacturing industry. Strong project management skills, with experience in ERP implementation or similar technology-driven projects.
- Fluent in the four skills of English.
