Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a System IT Support Engineer (Manufacturing, 1700 USD):
- Deliver timely support for value chain systems across product development, order management, purchase orders, and manufacturing operations.
- Assist end-users with system-related inquiries
- Training and guiding users to use functions on the system.
- Support users and fix bugs on the system
- Update and repair data on the SQL server
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Unlimited
- University degree or higher
- 05 years of experience SQL operations
- Technical knowledge of AWS and Java is a plus.
- Good at English
