Supply Chain Specialist (Chemicals)

Our client is a foreign-invested company currently recruiting for the position of Supply Chain Specialist (Chemicals, $690, ID19770)

• Manage and execute daily logistics and purchasing activities in alignment with the company’s operational requirements.

• Arrange and monitor both domestic and international shipments, including sea freight, land transportation, and air freight.

• Coordinate with logistics partners and relevant stakeholders to handle customs declaration procedures and cargo clearance processes.

• Track shipment schedules and delivery timelines to ensure on-time delivery and minimize potential delays.

• Assist in inventory monitoring and warehouse coordination to maintain accurate stock records.

• Support procurement activities for raw materials and operational supplies.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, pricing terms, and order status updates.

• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure goods are received on time in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.

• Participate in the optimization and continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain processes.

• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and strong cross-functional coordination.

• Male/Female, under 45 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Possess 2–5 years of experience in both Logistics and Purchasing within a chemical manufacturing company.
• Strong understanding of import–export procedures and international transportation operations.
• Hands-on experience in customs declaration and cargo clearance procedures.
• Proficient in handling international commercial documentation and related operational processes.
• Fluent in English or Chinese.
