Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Supply Chain Senior Executive (Footwear, $1800, ID 16197):
- Oversee suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery schedules, and service excellence for salesman samples, and bulk production.
- Ensure that materials supplied meet the requirements for development and mass production, focusing on achieving low costs without compromising quality.
- Foster strong relationships among factories, suppliers, business, and production teams.
- Prepare and deliver reports on supplier performance and material data.
- Collaborate with international teams to identify and recommend cost-effective local suppliers and materials that provide efficient lead times and service.
- Collaborate with international teams to identify and recommend potential suppliers and innovative, sustainable materials.
- Share project outcomes and insights with other business units to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Support for Production and Development: addressing material quality, delivery, and physical property issues that arise between factories and suppliers.
- Carrying out assigned tasks and handling materials not explicitly defined in the job description, as required.
Requirement
- Male/ Female, Age: under 45 years old.
- Graduated from University/ College with related major.
- 5 years of solid working experience in footwear industries.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication in English.
