Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Supply Chain & Planning Manager (Manufacturing, $3500, ID16007)
- Formulate and implement strategies for sales operations, inventory planning, and management to align with business goals.
- Ensure processes are efficient and effective across sales operations and inventory management.
- Coordinate with senior management to align PMO goals with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee and manage projects related to sales operations and inventory planning, including setting objectives, timelines, and resources.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales teams, operations, and finance, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Identify and manage risks associated with sales operations and inventory projects, developing mitigation strategies.
- Manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand, reduce excess stock, and minimize stockouts.
- Develop and implement inventory replenishment strategies, including safety stock levels and reorder points.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and manage relationships to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female; Age: under 45 years old
- Graduated from university major in Supply Chain or a related field
- Have 5-10 years of experience in the same position in FDI Companies
- Experience in Global Supply Chain, Cross-Country S&OP
- Experienced in ERP (SAP is prefered)
- Strong Project management skills and experiences
- Good command of English
