Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing)

Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing from placement to delivery and after-sales service.

Plan, organize, and control transportation activities; manage contracts with logistics and warehouse service providers.

Optimize delivery routes, cost efficiency, and logistics performance.

Supervise inbound, outbound, and inventory operations; propose improvements and implement ERP/WMS systems.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal standards in all logistics processes.

Lead, train, and motivate the logistics team; set performance targets and foster a professional working culture.

Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs (cost, lead time, accuracy, etc.); propose process improvement initiatives.

Manage documentation such as customs declarations, certificates of origin, and other records required for audits or financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with transport, customs, and safety regulations; manage operational risks and develop contingency plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and cost-control skills.

Proficiency in Excel, ERP/WMS systems, and logistics management tools.

Good command of English for business communication.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems effectively.
