Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Store Supervisor (900 USD, ID13344)
- Control Commercial/Product/Visual Management sectors for assigned store.
- Ensure that new lines are merchandised in accordance with/follow the company's operational standards and procedures and the shop floor layout.
- Be in charge of organizing the store's daily, weekly, and seasonal commercial and visual activity.
- Manage the store's inventory levels.
- Merchandising and sales management
- Managing and energizing the sales team to boost sales and guarantee organizational effectiveness.
- Recognize the daily and monthly sales goals and strive to surpass them.
- Other tasks and reports assigned by manager.
Requirement
- Male/Female from 22 years old and above.
- Graduated from University/College in Marketing, Business Admnistration, Economics or Related fields.
- From 1 - 5 years experience for the same position in related sector: Fashion Retail, F&B, Hospitality,…
- Fluent English communication.
- Can work in flexible shifts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
