Storage Terminal Supervisor

Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of liquid products.

Control inventory accuracy and monitor tank capacity.

Supervise tanks, pumps, pipelines, valves, and metering systems.

Coordinate maintenance activities and periodic inspections.

Organize stock reconciliation and inventory counts.

Ensure compliance with HSE, firefighting, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate all ship-to-shore cargo transfer operations.

Review vessel ETA/ETD and prepare loading/discharge plans.

Liaise with Masters, Chief Officers, Port Authorities, Shipping Agents, and terminal stakeholders.

Conduct pre-transfer safety meetings and complete Ship/Shore Safety Checklists.

Verify loading arms, hoses, manifolds, and safety systems.

Supervise cargo transfer, monitoring flow rates and pressure.

Confirm transferred quantities and finalize cargo documentation.

Report and manage operational abnormalities or emergencies.

Bachelor’s or College degree in Engineering, Chemical, Logistics, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in tank terminal operations.

Prior experience as Marine Loading Master is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of HSE, firefighting, marine cargo transfer, and inventory control.

Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.

Demonstrated leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Fluency in English or Chinese.
