Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a SQE Engineer (Electronics,1200$, ID 16120)
Responsible for quality monitoring, root cause analysis of non-conformities, data analysis, corrective actions, preventive actions, and plan effectiveness evaluation
Responsible for monitoring supplier lot quality, conducting regular supplier quality assessments, and maintaining communication and collaboration with suppliers
Responsible for driving improvements in key supplier performance areas.
Conduct on-site audits of supplier quality systems and capabilities
Monitor and collect quality data for new product development, material samples, and pilot production; develop risk mitigation plans.
Conduct supplier performance reviews, analyze quality issues and root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Requirement
- Gender: Male/ Female, Age: 25-40 years old.
- Graduated from University.
- 5 years in similar position in electronics manufacturing company.
- Good at Chinese and basic in English
- Understanding and practical application of ISO9001 or IATF16949
