Job Description
- Source and evaluate garment factories to ensure alignment with order requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate and maintain close communication with partner factories throughout the order fulfillment process.
- Monitor and update order processing progress at factories; provide timely reports to management and customers.
- Coordinate sample submission, feedback, and approval processes among the technical team, customers, and factories.
- Supervise production lines and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage and control raw materials and accessories to ensure sufficient and accurate supply for production.
- Conduct final product inspections prior to shipment to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: 40 years old
- Have 6–10 years of experience in textiles, yarn, or garment manufacturing in factory sourcing and production management within the garment industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes, fabric characteristics, costing structure, and delivery timeline control.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken), Korean language proficiency is an advantage.
