Job Description
- Responsible for souring transportation service of the existing and new wins business within the budget provided by transport solution manager across domestic transportation service (road, rail, sea)
- Having the capability to source internation transportation service is a big advantage.
- Continuous research and extend supplier network to enable the competitiveness to the business.
- Develop and maintain supplier database that provides insights to evaluate supplier capacity, service performance, standard rates and other parameters data that support the costing process of transport solution manager.
- Collaborate with transport operation team to resolve supplier issues that are relevant to cost, service level, capacity.
- Applies industry trends and knowledge in developing strategic sourcing recommendations to the business.
- Develop and execute the transport tender process.
- Collaborate with supplier to quote for ad-hoc request of the existing scope within the budget provided by transport solution manager
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 37 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have at least 5 years of experience in procument domestic transportation services, strong in sourcing domestic vendor/supplier
- Good at English
