Job Description

Our client is an FDI manufacturing company, now looking for an SMT Supervisor (1.000 USD, ID 18078):
  • Manage and coordinate production activities on the SMT lines to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
  • Analyze circuit designs and evaluate technical issues during the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate product defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and review technical documents such as the Control Plan and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and minimize production errors.
  • Set up and operate the Manufacturing Execution System for the production line.
  • Use CAD software to design and update technical documentation as needed.
  • Report work progress to upper management and maintain close coordination with departments. 
  • Prepare reports and carry out other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SMT production, with hands-on knowledge of SMT equipment, processes, and quality control.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits and ability to analyze schematics and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Experience with technical documents such as Control Plans, PFMEA, and work instructions.
  • Good command of English.
