Salary up to $2000/month awaits! We are recruiting a Sintering and Powder Manufacturing Department Manager (Open for Korean Expat, ID 19767) for a foreign-invested company
- Ultimately responsible for quality, delivery schedule, and safety performance.
- Manage shift supervisors, team leaders, and overall shopfloor operations leadership.
- Drive process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and productivity enhancement.
- Make operational decisions and prepare basic reports based on production and quality data.
- Develop training systems for both new and existing employees; coordinate technical matters with headquarters and external vendors.
Requirement
- Korean nationals only
- Age: 28–55
- College diploma or higher in a technical major (Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Ceramics, Metallurgy, etc.)
- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/production related to metals, ceramics, or powder metallurgy
- Hands-on experience in pilot operations and mass production within metal and ceramic manufacturing
