Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Shift Floor Manager:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the assigned lobby, restaurant, or guestroom floor areas.
- Ensure service quality and guest experience meet 4–5 star standards.
- Assign tasks to team members per shift; support and train staff as needed.
- Handle guest complaints and unexpected situations promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Prepare shift reports and suggest service improvement initiatives.
- 6 days off/month; annual leave per labor law
- Full social insurance benefits (as per Vietnamese labor law)

Requirement
- Proven experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Good English communication skills (Korean/Chinese is a plus).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work rotating shifts (8 hours per shift, including a 1.5-hour break).
