Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Service Manager (CNC machine, $3.500, ID 14104)
- Managing service engineers team in Vietnam.
- Assigning duties to the service team, reviewing work, assessing performance in relation to established and compatible goals, and offering comments.
- Communicating with customers about any service- or technical-related issues that the service engineers are unable to resolve.
- Developing and maintaining a solid rapport with clients and salespeople.
- Negotiating & Arranging contracts with clients
Requirement
- Gender: Male; Age: 40 -50 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- Having 10 years of working experience with 5 years in the same position
- Solid background in CNC machine technical handling
- Fluently in English
