Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for Service Engineer (Consumer Foods and Grinding Dispersing) (800 USD, ID12985)
- Repair, install, troubleshoot, inspect, and alter consumer food machines as well as paint, ink, and fertilizer grinding machines.
- Coordinate customer technicians and engineers throughout start-ups, maintenance, and installation activities;
- Review, enhance, and update maintenance procedures in accordance with best practices in the sector;
- Create creative solutions for difficult technological issues that emerge during startup;
- Offer customers training;
- Write detailed reports detailing all service actions involved in the troubleshooting procedure;
- Determine the needs of consumers and offer suggestions for process upgrades, spare parts, and other matters;
- Promote Customer Service and assist clients in scheduling upcoming services (service agreements)
Requirement
- Male; Age: 25 - 35 years old
- Graduated from university major in Electrical, Machanical Engineer or related fields.
- From 2 years of experience as Service Engineer/Sales Engineer with electrical/automation products
- Good use of English
- Willing to go for business trip or site survey/ site support scope
