Job Description
$800/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Service Dealer Executive (Automobile, ID17488) for a foreign investment company:
- Ensure assigned dealers, regions, or territories meet Service KPIs and performance targets.
- Enhance dealer service operations by implementing SOPs, conducting monthly dealer improvements. Also, oversee dealer execution of service promotion programs.
- Act as a representative and liaison for dealers regarding service business matters.
- Facilitate the resolution of specific dealer-related issues.
- Provide necessary training for dealer staff.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on the service performance of assigned dealers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male/Female; Under 35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- At least 02 years of experience in dealer operation in the Automobile industry
- Good at English
