Job Description
- Lead technical development of assigned styles, ensuring correct construction, fit approval, SMV alignment, and compliance with factory standards.
- Provide technical solutions to customers and coordinate effectively to meet development timelines.
- Conduct early style review and risk assessment; identify potential issues and propose mitigation plans.
- Drive capability development (bonding, embellishment, automation) to support innovation and cost improvement.
- Oversee daily development activities and guide Product Development Technologists to ensure smooth transition to bulk production.
- Coordinate with planning, production, quality, ISE, and cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for manufacturing.
- Ensure all developments align with factory capacity, quality standards, resource allocation, and cost targets.
- Support knowledge transfer and training to manufacturing teams before bulk production.
Requirement
- Gender: Female, Age: Under 40 years old
- Graduate from College
- Have 3 years of working experience in a similar job role in garment companies, preferably in swimwear
- Strong experience in new product development and new customer development, manages the development and standardization of sewing operation breakdown
- Good at English
