Job Description
Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for a Senior Strategy Planner (Advertising & Communications, $1150, ID 21406)
- Develop integrated marketing and communication strategies to drive brand growth and business performance.
- Conduct market research, consumer behavior analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify customer insights and business opportunities.
- Analyze client briefs, identify core business challenges, and recommend strategic solutions.
- Develop strategic plans, communication plans, and campaign plans tailored to each project.
- Define campaign objectives, key messaging, customer journeys, and channel strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of strategic plans.
- Prepare proposals and presentation materials, and actively participate in client pitches.
- Monitor campaign performance, measure KPIs, and optimize strategies based on performance data.
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging platforms, and innovative marketing approaches to provide strategic recommendations.
- Act as a strategic consultant for clients while mentoring junior planners and supporting team capability development.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: 25-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Have 5 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing strategy, or equivalent roles - ideally within the advertising and media industry - or in sectors such as e-commerce, technology, FMCG, retail, or at companies with strong branding and communications operations.
- Good at English
