Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Sales Manager (Agriculture Machines, $3000, ID-12704)
- Plan and perform sales, developing business by providing outstanding service and quality to dealers.
- Managing sales teams and meeting sales objectives
- Finding new potential customers and Develop the markets, executing sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Presenting, display products to the customer and inform dealers of product offering;
- Sales training and technical products knowledge, to educate the sales teams
- Reviewing sales staff performance and maintaining accurate records
- Together with service team to ensure that the needs of customer are being satisfied.
- Create a timely sales report, update sales data when required
Requirement
- Male; Age: 30 - 50 years old.
- Graduated from College/University major in Technical, Mechanical Engineering, or related majors.
- From 5 years of experience in the same position with solid knowledge in mechnical handtools and agriculture machines.
- Have experience in dealer channel sales
- Good command of English
- Willing to travel for working
