Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Senior Quality Engineer (Mechanical, $1100, ID16651)
- Perform scheduled internal and external audits to evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and operational standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and monitor in-process manufacturing activities to ensure compliance with established quality standards and operational procedures.
- Conduct audits during the production process to identify potential deviations and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Support cross-functional teams in identifying the root causes of quality issues and non-conformances.
- Lead corrective actions and process improvements to mitigate recurring problems and enhance product quality and efficiency
- Develop and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality inspections and audits
- Ensure that best practices are adopted across manufacturing processes and quality inspection protocols.
- Complete and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as required, documenting identified issues, their causes, and corrective actions.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of NCRs to maintain product quality.
- Maintaining 3PA Quality Documentation
- Providing Technical Assistance and Training Suppor
- Managing and Supervising Team Activities
Requirement
- Male; Age: 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree Mechanical engineering
- 3+ years of QA QC experience in precision engineering
- Good background in the quality standard system (ISO9100, IATF16949, AS9100)
- Fluent communication in English
- Problem-solving / Team working skills
- Have knowledge of 7 QC Tools, Problem Solving skills
