Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Property Manager ($2400, ID12991) 
  • Assistance with launching new initiatives within the designated scope.
  • Analyze, assess, and recommend corrective actions if there are budget discrepancies while closely monitoring the implementation of the approved budget.
  • Study and analyze the financial statements of the projects, spot issues when they arise quickly, and offer solutions where necessary.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the developer to establish a positive working relationship.
  • Propose a suitable move, and work with GA to schedule a hiring interview.
  • Take part in evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, and working capacity of the relevant staff.
  • Guiding the execution of assigned projects and taking part in project development, proposal, SOP improvement/supplementation, and KPI evaluation
  • Looking for and implementing fresh approaches to boost business earnings through advertising and short-term rentals
  • Encourage, coordinate, and successfully manage the implementation of action plans and Company programs.
  • Plan to manage and regulate project operation quality, uphold initial established standards, and respond to service requirements.
  • Assess and synthesize the experiences and unique solutions of each project to give the projects the most uniform and suitable solutions
  • Developing quick responses to handle, avert and minimize the effects of risk management
  • Plan the regular and irregular meetings with the site crew and property managers of the given projects.
  • Participation on behalf of the company in resident meetings, management board meetings, and developer meetings
  • Report to higher-ups on the status and backlog of the allocated projects on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
  • Report any anomalous issues or situations right once.


  • Male/Female; Age: 30-40 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction/ Real estate/ Economic/ Hospitality Management or related major
  • At least 5 years working in the same position in Office/ Building/ Service Apartment
  • Have good knowledge in laws, including land regulation, real estate business, housing, construction and relevant to real estate management
  • Certificate of building/ condominium management is a must
  • Good command of English, Japanese is a plus
