Job Description
- Assess market needs and trends to understand the problem or opportunity that the product is addressing.
- Generate new product ideas or improve existing products based on market needs.
- Develop detailed designs and prototypes to test the feasibility and effectiveness of the product.
- Conduct experiments with product prototypes to evaluate factors such as quality, performance, and user feedback.
- After successful testing, the product is mass produced and the manufacturing process is optimized to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- The product is introduced to the market, along with marketing and distribution strategies.
- Collect feedback from customers and improve the product if necessary.
Requirement
- Male/Female, age under 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree related field aboveUniversity graduate.
- Fluent English
- Having about 3-5 years of experience in a senior position or higher in developing handbag products, can use Optitex PDS.
