Job Description
- Maintain strong communication with the production, shipping, and purchasing teams to have good internal support
- Negotiate prices and timelines with customers as needed; and oversee a variety of international clients to keep the growing schedule on track.
- Price evaluation and computation.
- Oversee foreign clients' visits and inspections when they come to Vietnam to complete or start a business relationship.
- Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries from both current and potential clients in other countries.
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service will generate prospects for referrals and intermediaries.
- The capacity to adhere to stringent manufacturing specifications established by the client.
- Work with the factory to guarantee testing, audits, inspections, and deadlines.
Requirement
- Female. Under 40 years old
- Graduated from university or higher.
- 5 years of experience in Customer Service position in Order Management at furniture manufacturing companies
- Good at English
