Senior IT Engineer

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior IT Engineer (1100 USD, ID12287)

• Prepare technical document for customers' proposal, and assist explaining to customer for proposal.
• Keep track on project progress, identify any issues and propose action to ensure meeting customers' requirements.
• In charge of installing software for IT equipment (Application software for PC, Server) as well as driver for hardware (Printer, USB…), configing for security equipment. 
• Deliver equipment to customer on schedule, and be responsible for technical issues of the project. 
• Maintain good relationship with customer for further business opportunities.
• Consult customers on IT issues, bring out appropriate solutions and perform after-sales services
• Prepare service report, project report, new plan report, trouble and solutions report

• Gender: Male; Age: 23-34 years old
• Graduated from university major in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related fields
• At least 4-6 years of experience working in similar industry.
• Solid knowledge in PC, Server and Network.
• Good understanding of PABX, Access Control, Cabling, Virtualization is a plus point.
• Good communication of English, preferably using Japanese
• Willing to travel for work.
