Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Hybris Backend Developer (1700USD, ID16703):
- Collaborate with solution analysts and delivery teams to gather business requirements and define development tasks.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 to address business needs, including entity customizations, form design, and workflow automation.
- Develop and implement JavaScript-based customizations and client-side logic within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Design and automate business processes using Power Automate, ensuring seamless operations across departments.
- Create custom plugins and workflow activities to meet specific business objectives and enhance system functionality.
- Review development objects within the scope of assigned processes, and support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Administer the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments, including monitoring, system performance, and automation as required.
- Provide effort estimates based on high-level business requirements to assist with project planning and timelines.
- Engage in self-development by continuously learning about new and emerging tools, technologies, and industry trends through research, professional networks, user groups, conferences, and formal training programs.
- Track and resolve issues by collaborating with internal teams and external users to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
Requirement
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) and Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and experience with customizing Dynamics 365 applications.
- Proficiency in designing and automating business processes using Power Automate.
- Experience in developing custom plugins and workflow activities within the Dynamics platform.
- Knowledge of administrating and monitoring Dynamics 365 environments, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
