Senior Investment Specialist

Market Research Execution & Data Intelligence:

• Spearhead market feasibility studies evaluating expansion prospects, market sizing, buying behaviors, and competitive positioning for new product lines (specifically targeting the small pet food segment).

• Systematize and synthesize both primary and secondary intelligence via field visits, sectoral databases, subscription research publications, and structured subject-matter expert interviews.

Financial Modeling & Investment Memorandum Formulation:

• Structure preliminary quantitative models covering revenue/cost projections, NPV, IRR, ROI, payback timeline, and scenario sensitivity tests; partner with the FP&A Lead to finalize robust financial assessments.

• Author comprehensive Investment Memorandums (IM) and present them for review by the FP&A Lead prior to formal executive defense.

• Continuously track and maintain status reports for all initiatives across the investment pipeline, including inactive or on-hold ventures.

Operational Feasibility & End-to-End Ownership:

• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Production, Commercial) to validate core operational assumptions and execution feasibility.

• Proactively identify market opportunities and assume full ownership from the initial project inception stage rather than performing pure data compilation.

• Translate complex variables into logical operational assumptions and derive actionable business insights even under conditions of data ambiguity.

• Deliver high-impact strategic presentations to executive leadership, align cross-departmental priorities, and effectively manage multi-project timelines.

Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial Analysis, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Studies, or equivalent disciplines.

Professional Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in Market Research, Investment Valuation, Strategic Planning, FP&A, or Business Development within FDI organizational environments.

Competencies & Technical Skills: In-depth grasp of financial analysis and capital allocation metrics (ROI, NPV, IRR). Proficiency in quantitative modeling, financial forecasting, and data synthesis. Demonstrated project ownership mindset and cross-functional leadership agility.

Languages & Preferred Attributes: Professional proficiency across 4 English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) for direct communication with the Korean Strategy Director. Preferred female candidates, age range 28–35. Strong background from management consulting firms, Private Equity / Venture Capital (PE/VC), or corporate strategy teams within Livestock, Veterinary, Pet Food, F&B, or FMCG sectors is a distinct advantage.
