Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Senior HR Officer (ID19764, 1150 USD):
- Ensure compliance with Personal Income Tax (PIT) regulations and related HR legal requirements
- Prepare and analyze HR reports (monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc)
- Support and coordinate performance appraisal processes
- Manage and monitor Performance Management System (PMS)
- Coordinate Training & Development programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
- Work closely with internal departments and regional stakeholders
- Support internal HR audits and related documentation
Requirement
- Male/Female, Under 36 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above in: Business Administration Human Resources Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Experience working in global companies or FDI companies is required
- Strong hands-on experience in: PIT compliance, HR reporting, Performance management, Training & Development, Labour law compliance
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR regulations
