Job Description

Conduct and monitor standard cost reviews, track performance against plan, and highlight risks.

Analyze production costs and expenses, identify variances, and recommend improvements.

Prepare monthly cost analysis reports with key performance indicators.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives.
-
Oversee inventory control, fixed assets reconciliation, valuation, and analysis.
-
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
-
Support month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-
Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are preferred. - Minimum 5 years in management accounting / FP&A within manufacturing companies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, writing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and proactive mindset
