Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Financial Advisory Service ($700, ID14702):
- Financial & Tax due diligence.
- Financial valuations of businesses and assets (both tangible and intangible assets) under income approach, market and cost.
- Purchasing price allocation.
- Post-Merger integration.
- IFRS advisory.
- Internal control advisory / Internal audit, Transfer pricing documentation.
Requirement
- Male/ Female. 23 - 35 years old
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.
- Professional certificates ACCA, CPA, CFA will be a plus
- Have more than 3 years of experience in a similar position in the field of Financial & Tax Consulting, Financial Valuation, IFRS consulting, Internal Control / Internal Audit consulting at a consulting / accounting company.
- Fluent in English
