- Responsible for identifying, approaching, and developing new customer accounts across Vietnam to expand the company’s market presence.
- Analyze sales performance reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets and budget.
- Prepare quotations for top management review, ensuring optimal solutions are proposed in response to customer inquiries.
- Oversee and monitor all key tasks, communications, and deadlines related to ongoing projects for key customer accounts.
- Collaborate with operations teams, cross-functional departments, customers, and suppliers to align on product requirements and ensure successful execution of new strategies and initiatives that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure productivity, on-time delivery, and quality improvements are achieved at the most efficient cost.
- Take overall responsibility for departmental operational planning and control.
Requirement
- Male, 25-40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 3 years of experience as the position of sales / business development in the Plastics industry.
- Good at English
