Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Architect ($1000, ID15815)
- Drafting layouts, elevations, and construction details for residential remodeling projects.
- To be involve in project development from concept design (mostly) to tender document, construction document.
- Contribute ideas, study and share knowledge, skill with other members in design team.
- Examine by comparing core technologies in each specialized field, following superior’s instruction.
- Prepare all related documents to present in the meeting with Client.
- Check quality of construction with design drawing (design, materials, basic quality, compliance).
- Create the document of design change and feedback sheet.
- Identify successful examples in projects, and analyze factors of defect cases.
- Other works assigned by Superior.
Requirement
- Male, Under 40 years old
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management
- Having at least 4 years of experiences in designing factory, warehouse, building
- Basic understand about BIM, Revit
- Can communicate in English
