Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a Senior Accountant (Real Estate, ID19875) at a foreign-invested company and earn $1200/month:
- Record and manage all accounting transactions in accordance with VAS and internal policies.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis (daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly).
- Ensure all accounting entries are properly documented, accurate, and reflect the company’s financial position.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports on a periodic basis (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions and business planning.
- Handle tax filings, declarations, and finalization (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.) in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
- Maintain proper tax documentation and manage potential tax risks.
- Work with tax authorities during inspections or audits when required.
- Support internal and external audit processes by ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
- Review existing procedures and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.
Requirement
- Female, 29-38 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role (experience in real estate is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of Vietnamese financial and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in English (able to work with foreign managers).
- Hands-on experience with FAST accounting software.
