Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Schools Operations Manager (Education, Negotiable, ID17080):
- Develop and implement annual plans for the department, monitoring the execution of teaching plans and ensuring quality through reviews, testing, and evaluations.
- Submit semester/annual reports to the school, district, and provincial Department of Education.
- Manage office supplies and teaching materials, ensuring all needs are met at partner schools.
- Oversee the implementation of TOEFL Primary/Junior exams at partner schools.
- Conduct regular visits to schools to assess teaching quality and resolve any arising issues.
- Build strong relationships with schools, providing support and addressing concerns.
- Develop and implement training programs for Schools Link Coordinators and Teaching Assistants, managing their performance and contracts.
- Handle payroll for teachers and Teaching Assistants and support the expansion of the Schools Link system through necessary paperwork and project support.
Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: 32 and above
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education or English)
- At least 2 years of experience in school partnerships, with team management experience
- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
