Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a School Operations Manager ( Education, 1200$, ID16800)
1. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
  • Manage all activities related to teaching, students, and staff at the school campus.
  • Coordinate with the specialized departments to implement tasks and monitor business operations to ensure the school's activities align with company goals.
  • Oversee and ensure safety, security, and the best possible sanitation standards at the school.
  • Supervise the implementation of operational processes, regulations, and operational guidelines.
  • Responsible for implementing training and providing guidance as needed for school staff.
2. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
  • Ensure effective use of resources: based on the approved staffing structure and actual operational conditions at the school, propose appropriate personnel adjustments.
  • Assign tasks reasonably and effectively to maximize productivity. Evaluate staff performance and propose rewards or disciplinary actions such as warnings, reprimands, or contract termination.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to recruit staff for the school campus, ensuring a stable workforce to support business operations.
3. ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT
  • Develop monthly/quarterly/annual revenue plans and operational budgets for the school.
  • Responsible for planning and setting strategic directions for the school, establishing goals and strategies to achieve revenue targets and cost efficiency.
  • Proactively propose to the Marketing department for planning and executing approved marketing events and campaigns to maximize market penetration in the assigned area.
  • Work closely with the Academic Department to propose professional development activities that ensure the highest quality of teaching.

Requirement

  • Male/Female
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related fields such as Business Administration, Economics.
  • At least 2 years of experience working or managing in educational organizations.
  • Passionate about education with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English communication skills.
