Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Scent Innovation Manager (Attractive salary, ID17050):
- Evaluate and screen fragrances to meet customer objectives, including sample targets, market samples, and product innovation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Insights, Creation, and Marketing teams to manage fragrance projects effectively.
- Lead focus group discussions to gather insights and feedback for fragrance development.
- Drive fragrance innovation and oversee the development of prototypes to meet market and customer needs.
- Engage with customers during fragrance evaluations, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure fragrance development activities comply with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30-40 years old
- University Degree or Master’s degree of Chemical Engineering
- At least 05 years experiences in the role of R&D Managers in fragrance development
- Good at English
