Job Description
-
Support SAP Logistic modules (MM, PP, SD) in daily operations and issue resolution.
-
Collaborate with SAP team, BPOs, and key users to optimize end-to-end business processes.
-
Coordinate with other application teams (e.g., ScaF) for system integration and enhancements.

Analyze system design and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
-
Work with ABAP developers to define and implement new features and integrations.

Configure SAP Logistic modules based on business requirements.
-
Conduct user training and support UAT activities.
-
Manage Helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution with weekly reporting.
-
Monitor and maintain master data accuracy across systems.
-
Prepare and manage technical specifications, user guides, and integration documentation.
-
Maintain authorization documentation related to logistics processes.
Requirement
-
1–3 years of experience in SAP PP/MM implementation or support.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field.
-
Willingness to learn and adapt, especially in fashion service industry processes.

Preferred: Experience in manufacturing solutions and system integration.
