Job Description

- Accompany Sales staff to visit customers and provide technical support related to printing ink and adhesive products in the printing industry.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
- Conduct product testing and provide technical guidance to ensure optimal product performance.
- Collect technical feedback from customers and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Support product demonstrations and basic technical training when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirement
- Male, under 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Printing Technology, or related technical fields.
- Basic knowledge of chemistry.
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical position (preferably in printing, chemicals, or related industries).
- Good English communication skills (able to discuss technical matters).
