Salary up to $1500++/month awaits! Sales Team Leader (Coating, ID 18058) for a foreign-invested company:
- Manage key accounts, oversee inspector teams, and provide technical consultancy to support client operations and satisfaction.
- Supervise and assign tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion and effective problem resolution (e.g., paint issues, delivery delays).
- Develop sales forecasts for OEM orders and prepare material planning aligned with business targets.
- Drive customer development by identifying and connecting with new clients while managing pricing confirmation and negotiations.
- Monitor team performance and review reports to ensure accuracy, progress tracking, and alignment with departmental goals.
- Contribute to marketing ideation and execution, and ensure proper handling of customer debts and payment follow-up.
Requirement
- Male, under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Marine Coating
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
