Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Support (Industrial Equipment, $1000, ID19792)
- Prepare quotations and liaise with customers regarding contracts and purchase orders.
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email; draft customer correspondence such as appointment letters, explanations, delivery extensions, and technical amendment notices.
- Manage material master data by collecting complete information for system entry and coordinating with the SAP AP team.
- Generate sales, repair, and service orders related to claims and warranty cases.
- Conduct weekly reviews of the Order Intake report.
- Perform month-end CS report reviews to ensure costs and revenues are recorded within the same accounting period.
- Prepare and monitor monthly backlog and sales reports.
- Support the sales team during Internal and Annual Audits; assist AP teams with month-end closing by verifying figures and advising on necessary data corrections.
Requirement
- Female. Under 36 years old,
- BA of Administration or related field,
- At least 03 years of experience working as a Sales Support / Sales Admin in multinational (FDI) trading and service companies specializing in industrial equipment, materials, and technical services.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and SAP,
- Good at English,
