Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Support (Furniture, $1000, ID 19683)
- Follow up on customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, samples, orders, and deliveries
- Track quotation and order status; remind Sales/BD of pending customer feedback
- Coordinate internally with PD, Engineering, Production, Planning, QA, and Logistics on samples, costing, schedules, and shipments
- Prepare and manage sales documents (quotations, PI, order confirmations, packing lists, invoices)
- Monitor confirmed orders to ensure correct specifications, on-time production, and shipment
- Update ERP/Excel tracking files and submit weekly follow-up reports
- Support Sales/BD in preparing customer communications and checking shipping documents
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales support, export sales, or order follow-up
- Good English communication and writing skills (Chinese is an advantage)
- Strong coordination, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Excel, email, and basic ERP systems
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
