Salary up to $800/month awaits! We are recruiting a Sales Support (ID 19873) for a foreign-invested company:
- Process and manage sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts accurately and timely.
- Handle purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers; maintain effective communication with vendors to ensure smooth procurement activities.
- Prepare and manage export–import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, Certificates of Origin (CO), and related documents.
- Monitor and follow up orders from confirmation to delivery; provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update customer and sales databases; prepare periodic reports as required.
- Communicate with customers and coordinate closely with Accounting, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support daily business operations.
Requirement
- Female. Under 35 years old.
- Graduated from the university
- Having 02 years of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, or similar role in trading/import-export company.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
