Lead a sales project team to meet sales goals, market share, and profit margin targets.
Look for ways to boost the project's business and increase the wallet share in each project.
Minimize credit risk and ensure timely payment of receivables
Lead a team to provide excellent service to customers by ensuring high-quality finishing.
Maintain customer relationships and build project references by visiting projects on a regular basis.
Create project references to use as marketing tools to entice more buyers.
Recognize and respond to customer project requirements and specifications by providing a solution.
Oversee the project to conduct a product demonstration and trial on-site.
Maintain an inventory forecast in order to deliver products on schedule and reduce dead inventory.
Manage the application's quality to ensure that it meets the project's requirements.
Keep an eye on the application's quality throughout the guarantee period
Ensure that receivables are collected on schedule in accordance with the project's timeline.
