Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Customers Service Supervisor (Food, $850, ID19483)
- Assist in controlling sales budgets and performance metrics (Volume/CMI).

Monitor and manage the accuracy of CRM/SFA data and systems.

Support the preparation of comprehensive monthly sales forecast reports and track overall sales progress.

Handle all contract-related procedures (ledger entry, credit application/approval).

Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, including quotations, invoicing and deposit management.

Confirm feasibility of logistics and delivery.

Work closely with the Production Planning Department to align sales and production schedules.

Adjust production plans with the factory as needed and coordinate the management/disposal of stagnant inventory.
-
Support risk management activities, especially those related to hedging operations and ensuring proper documentation for order deposits.
Requirement
- Female, Age: 30-40 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 4 years of experience in a sales operations role within agricultural processing factories
- Fluent in English
